Important information about getting to Tangalooma:

There are usually 4 passenger ferries every day, however, please check passenger ferry or 4wd barge frequencies, as they may not be running to normal time tables.

However, if you intend taking a 4wd onto the island, please BOOK EARLY ON THE MICAT BARGE.
The Micat 4wd barge does not usually run on WEDNESDAYS and sometimes not on other days, for maintenance.

$300 deposit within 7 days of booking ($500 for peak time bookings).
For international EFT payments please add A$25 per transaction (no charge for credit cards).
• Balance remaining payable One Month prior to holiday (2 Months prior to holiday for all Christmas, Easter, and other school holiday bookings)

• It is not necessary to contact the resort reception upon arrival, just proceed to your villa from the ferry
• Additional charges may be due if rubbish is not removed, dishes and cooking utensils not cleaned, or villa is not left in "reasonable condition".
• Unfortunately, circumstances sometimes occur, where our guests have to cancel their holiday. We try to be fair in these circumstances, but we may reduce your deposit refund by $150 to cover our advertising costs, if the cancellation is before your “final payment due” date (as shown on your deposit receipt).
If cancellation is after your "final payment due" date and we are unable to re-book the time at the same rate, the deposit and some / all of the final payment may be forfeited. We strongly suggest travel insurance for cover against such a loss. Insurance providers that may now offer Covid-19 cover include NIB, Cover-More, Allianz Australia and Medibank. Please notify us as early as possible of a cancellation, so that we have a chance to re-book, so that there is less chance of financial loss to you or us.
